01 / The Programme

Research-driven fashion design for a changing global landscape.

The M.A. Fashion Design programme aims to nurture designers who are critically aware, technologically agile, and creative. Rooted in research, sustainability, and innovation, it bridges traditional craftsmanship with emerging digital practices.

Structured over two years, the programme integrates design studios, theoretical inquiry, digital experimentation, and professional engagement. It builds a foundation in creative ideation, fashion construction, research methodologies, and visual storytelling, then advances these competencies toward brand development, innovation, and industry integration through studio projects, internships, and a major design thesis.

The broader academic intent is to cultivate reflective practitioners who can think critically, design responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to the creative industries as designers, researchers, strategists, or entrepreneurs shaping the next generation of fashion culture.
