Dr Sujay Nair is a higher education leader and digital transformation specialist with over 30 years of cross-sector experience. Currently Dean and Director at JAIN University (Bangalore), he also serves as Strategic Advisor for Research and International Expansion.
Previously a Chief Academic and Product Officer in EdTech, he now advises boards and ventures across engineering, media, and technology. His current research focuses on applied AI in education, HealthTech, AgriTech, FinTech, and cyberwarfare. His mission: shaping lifelong success for future generations—beyond employability.
Under his leadership, SoDMCA has established state-of-the-art labs, incubation pipelines, and global pedagogical benchmarks that prepare students for international careers.
